It’s OK to walk out of a meeting if that is not adding any value to your day.
It’s OK to stop being friends if someone drowns you with their negativity and pulls you back.
It’s OK to change jobs if that job is that what you thought it was when you interviewed.
What is not OK is to continue doing something just because we started it and the society will glower at us because we quit in the middle. Your commitment is not to completion and social obligation, but consistency in your values and journey to being a better human being.
