Show up. Be present. Be empathetic. Believe. Solve not just your problem. Learn. Learn more. Ask more questions. Don’t rush to give answers. Let others tell their story. Don’t interrupt. Then share yours. Be respectful. Be open. Thank for new perspectives. Do research. Learn more. Get context. Care about the problem. Care about the person. Care.

Feel your connection to the world. Feel your connection to the people around you. Understand you are part of the same world they are part of. Feel their pain. Feel their sadness. Feel their happiness. Feel their limits. Help them overcome their limits. Help them help you overcome yours.

Breathe in. Breathe out. Stretch. Play. It is not the end of the world. Take walks. Go for runs. Eat well. Drink a lot of water. Every problem appears smaller after sometime. Give yourself time to disconnect from the problem. Give yourself an opportunity to reconnect with it. It helps see things differently.

We are tiny beings in a vast galaxy. There are bigger things. More magical things. Don’t take yourself too seriously. Be the best you can be. Keep improving. When you are the best you can be, you will resonate with the world around you. Until then, practice. Keep learning. Keep getting better.

Limits are part of our physical being. But keep the mind free. Conquer your limits first in your mind. Use your mind to raise your physical being. Where ever you see yourself, you will be there. So, see yourself where you want to be. Don’t see the limits, see the possibilities. Demons don’t belong in your head. Do your best to take them out. Then you can see what those demons really are. Once you see them clearly, they vanish.
